How long have you been photographing families?

Kelsey started photographing family photos in high school, around 2008. I (Kelsey) have always loved the fluid nature of family sessions, allowing the kids to dictate the vibe and the mood and having fun following their lead. I love that I get to document candidly and artfully, while witnessing true and deep love.

How do we choose locations?

It's important to us that your family photos happen in an environment you feel comfortable in and that feels like you; whether that's at home, at your favorite park, or just somewhere beautiful and secluded. We'll go back and forth with you to collaborate on location ideas! For newborns, we recommend at home or a studio.

How many photos can we expect? How long is the turnaround time?

4 weeks after your shoot, we deliver a fully edited, high-res gallery with 100+ images with your film & digital images integrated seamlessly. If you have a newborn session with us, we'll send over a handful of preview images a couple days after our shoot. If you book a mini shoot with us, the turnaround time is closer to 2-3 weeks and you'll receive 30+ images.

How far in advance do you book out?

During our peak seasons (spring and fall), our calendar generally fills up 2-3 months ahead of time depending on the day of the week and timing of your desired session. For newborn photos, we take a limited amount of sessions per month to be able to accommodate flexibility with date and time adjustments based on when your baby makes their arrival and what timing works best for them.

Do you sell albums or any print products?

You'll receive your images in an online gallery, with an integrated & personalized shop so you can see what your images would look like on all the products! If you click on the full galleries module below, you'll be able to navigate in to a gallery shop. We are in the process of building a bespoke album program for all of our couples, so if that's of interest to you – let us know!

We have an heirloom subscription that includes 4 one hour shoots throughout a year, on digital & film, with an online gallery that houses all of your images! These are beautiful for your baby's first year of life, or documenting your family seasonally throughout an entire year!

Kelsey managed to make the entire experience enjoyable, stress-free, and truly delightful. Her ability to capture genuine smiles and laughs from my 1-year-old baby in just 20 minutes was nothing short of magical. We met Kelsey and Talon in 2014 when we hired them as our wedding photographers. We have since had them photograph many other chapters in our life - first married Christmas, maternity pictures with our first child, a few mini sessions documenting our family over the years. They always bring a good attitude, even with a melting down child, and always manage to capture beautiful but real moments with their camera.
