A Fall Wedding at Commodore Perry Estate | Austin, TX
Commodore Perry Estate in the fall is a dream world all on its own nestled right in central Austin. Add a crescent moon, a glowing tent, and two people who are genuinely, effortlessly themselves (and truly surrounded in love) — and you have a night you won’t soon forget.
It was our first wedding of the fall season, and what a way to begin. The garden at Commodore Perry has a way of holding an evening like nowhere else in Austin. The tent nestled into the back of the estate as the lights came up, and overhead, a waxing crescent moon hung perfectly framed above it all — a symbol of growth, intention, and hope, and somehow the most fitting thing in the sky for a night like this.
Taylor and Brendan are effortlessly cool in the quietest way — present, warm, genuinely excited to spend the day with the people they love most. There was nothing performative about the evening. Just two people, their closest people, and a night that moved the way good nights do — unhurried, full of tucked-away conversations and the kind of laughter that carries across a garden after dark.
The details were intentional without being fussy. Green and white throughout, with a bold, vivid green drapery in the reception chapel that added the perfect richness. And the light — everywhere, all day — made it feel less like a wedding and more like a dream.
Chloe Alise Events thought of everything, and it showed. The day moved seamlessly from beginning to end, which meant we could stay in the moments rather than chase them.
