A Fall Wedding at Commodore Perry Estate | Austin, TX
Commodore Perry Estate in the fall is a dream world all on its own, nestled right in central Austin. Add a crescent moon, a glowing tent, and two people who are genuinely, effortlessly themselves. Add love, too, all around them. Suddenly, you have a night you won’t soon forget.
It was our first wedding of the fall season. And what a way to begin. The garden at Commodore Perry holds an evening like nowhere else in Austin. As the lights came up, the tent nestled into the back of the estate. Meanwhile, overhead, a waxing crescent moon hung perfectly framed above it all. It felt like a symbol of growth, intention, and hope. Somehow, it was the most fitting thing in the sky for a night like this.
Taylor and Brendan are effortlessly cool in the quietest way. They stayed present and warm. Genuinely, they seemed excited to spend the day with the people they love most. In fact, there was nothing performative about the evening. Instead, it was just two people, their closest people, and a night that moved the way good nights do. It felt unhurried, full of tucked-away conversations. The kind of laughter that carries across a garden after dark.
Throughout, the details stayed intentional without being fussy. Green and white ran through every layer. Meanwhile, a bold, vivid green drapery in the reception chapel added the perfect richness. And the light — everywhere, all day — made it feel less like a wedding and more like a dream.
Chloe Alise Events thought of everything, and it showed. As a result, the day moved seamlessly from beginning to end. That meant we could stay in the moments rather than chase them.
